Colin Marshall is an essayist and broadcaster on cities, language, and culture who has lived in Seoul for the past decade. His writing has appeared in the New Yorker, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the Times Literary Supplement, the Guardian, and the New York Times. He’s also a columnist for the Korean newspaper the Dong-a Ilbo and the author of the Korean-language essay collection 한국 요약 금지 (No Summarizing Korea).
